Project Brief
The client is a high-end real estate agent serving Chicago and its surrounding affluent suburbs. In a highly competitive luxury market, the objective was to create a cohesive brand and marketing system that positioned the client as experienced, credible, and distinct from peers. The work needed to perform across premium print placements and direct mail while supporting long-term brand recognition and property-specific promotion.

Solution
I designed a refined visual identity and marketing system built to signal expertise and value at every touchpoint. This included magazine advertisements, postcards, gatefold mailers, and branded brochures, all unified through consistent typography, layout structure, and image treatment.
While copy was developed collaboratively, I led the visual strategy and execution end-to-end, ensuring the brand translated seamlessly across formats and channels. In parallel, I supported property marketing through social media graphics, email campaigns, and local publication ads, extending the system beyond print while maintaining a polished, high-end presence.
